He is a graduate of North Carolina State University where he received a business degree with a finance concentration. After working for a start up company and running a small business he decided to start a career in real estate. The industry was not foreign to him however as his father was a very highly regarded custom home builder. As a result, Champ was exposed to the business from a very young age and has had an interest in the housing market for many years. In his spare time Champ enjoys cooking, playing on his softball team, wine tasting, and hitting the links once in a while. I also believe that it helps to establish a working friendship during the process so I strive to get to know more about my clients than most agents would. Since starting my career in residential real estate I have developed a very strong knowledge of Raleigh's market, especially inside the beltline and downtown. I also work extensively throughout Raleigh and have ample experience in other places such as Apex, Cary, Chapel Hill, and Morrisville. Though I work predominantly with primary home buyers, I have a great deal of experience working with investors and landlords as well.
